Re-send the verification link of a budget's email channel

POST
/scopes/{scopeId}/observability/budget-notification-channels/{notificationChannelId}/actions/resend-verification

Issues a fresh verification link (valid 7 days) for a budget-managed email channel whose recipient has not confirmed yet -- pending or EXPIRED -- and mails it. Until the link is redeemed the budget's alerts to that recipient are skipped; this is the way to recover a channel whose link expired, including the channel of a subscription-wide budget (a subscription-level holder reaches it from any project of the subscription). 404 unless the channel is a live budget channel the caller reaches; 409 for a webhook or an already verified channel; 429 within 60 s of the channel's last send. When the recipient redeems the link, the alerts of the budget that are still FIRING and were skipped while it was unverified are delivered to it (a resolved alert is not re-sent). RBAC: MANAGE on budgets (owner, contributor, billing-ops).

Authorization

bearerToken
headerAuthorizationBearer <token>

An API token (pc_live_…) or a service-account key (sak_live_…), created in Identity & Access Management and sent as Authorization: Bearer <token>. Requests are rate limited per credential and per tenant: every response carries X-RateLimit-Limit, X-RateLimit-Remaining and X-RateLimit-Reset, and a refused request gets 429 RATE_LIMITED with Retry-After.
