Temp-URL key rotation advice for the project's object storage
Whether the project's Swift Temp-URL key should be rotated. A signed
Temp-URL carries no Keystone token: whoever knows the account key can sign URLs. When a
member who may know it is removed, the platform does NOT rotate it on its own (Swift
cannot tie a key to a user, and rotating would break every other member's signed
URLs); it records the advice instead and the console shows a notice with a one-click
rotate. rotationAdvisedAt is null when nothing is pending. The key itself is never
returned.
Errors: 401 unauthenticated; 403 caller lacks read access to the scope's storage;
404 unknown scopeId.
bearerTokenAuthorizationBearer <token>An API token (pc_live_…) or a service-account key (sak_live_…), created in Identity & Access Management and sent as Authorization: Bearer <token>. Requests are rate limited per credential and per tenant: every response carries X-RateLimit-Limit, X-RateLimit-Remaining and X-RateLimit-Reset, and a refused request gets 429 RATE_LIMITED with Retry-After.
