List the organisation's requests for OS images the catalog does not offer
The caller's organisation's own image requests (only the caller's tenant's), newest first, with
their status (pending / fulfilled / rejected), the operator's note and -- once fulfilled -- the
catalog image that answers it. Paged with page / pageSize (default and maximum 200).
Authorization: compute at least read on the project (compute:read for tokens).
Errors: 401, 403, 404 (unknown or unreachable scope), 422 (pageSize above 200), 500.
