The billing countries a subscription of this tenant may be set to

GET
/tenants/{tenantId}/billing-countries

The ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 countries a subscription's billingCountry may take -- the SAME list the POST /tenants/{tenantId}/subscriptions and PATCH /tenants/{tenantId}/subscriptions/{subscriptionId} validators enforce, so a client offers exactly what the backend accepts instead of a static world list. A country is allowed only when an active issuing subsidiary is mapped to it AND an exact tax row exists; the list is platform configuration, identical for every tenant. Authorization: any caller who reaches the tenant (a role anywhere beneath it); a bearer is confined to its home tenant. An API token needs the iam:read action scope (403 TOKEN_SCOPE_MISSING, checked before the tenant is resolved). Async & state: Synchronous read; no state change. Errors: 401 unauthenticated; 403 token without iam:read; 404 tenant unknown or not reached (one answer for both); 500 internal. Idempotency/Concurrency: Safe; no idempotency key.

Authorization

bearerToken
headerAuthorizationBearer <token>

An API token (pc_live_…) or a service-account key (sak_live_…), created in Identity & Access Management and sent as Authorization: Bearer <token>. Requests are rate limited per credential and per tenant: every response carries X-RateLimit-Limit, X-RateLimit-Remaining and X-RateLimit-Reset, and a refused request gets 429 RATE_LIMITED with Retry-After.
