List the subscription's quota limit and its per-project native quota allocation
The commercial quota limit lives at the SUBSCRIPTION; each project's native OpenStack quota is its ALLOCATION, a share of that limit, and the sum of a subscription's allocations never exceeds the limit. Returns, for every quota id, the subscription limit, the total allocated to its projects, the unallocated remainder and the per-project breakdown. A caller whose grant is on the path project only sees the totals and that project alone in the breakdown (never its siblings' names). Async & state: Synchronous read. Errors: 401, 403 (no read access to the scope), 404 (unknown or unreachable scope), 500.
bearerTokenAuthorizationBearer <token>An API token (pc_live_…) or a service-account key (sak_live_…), created in Identity & Access Management and sent as Authorization: Bearer <token>. Requests are rate limited per credential and per tenant: every response carries X-RateLimit-Limit, X-RateLimit-Remaining and X-RateLimit-Reset, and a refused request gets 429 RATE_LIMITED with Retry-After.
scopeId*stringOpaque ownership+authorization scope resolving to tenant + subscription + project.
One row per quota id of the scope's subscription.
