List the tenant's quota-increase requests
Returns the quota-increase requests filed by the scope's tenant, newest-first, in the
{ data, meta } envelope, paged with page / pageSize (default and maximum 200;
pageSize above 200 → 422): meta.total is the whole history, meta.hasNext
true while rows remain. Visibility is the tenant (row-level security), not the path project or its
subscription.
Validation: scopeId must resolve to a scope the caller can reach (unknown → 404
NOT_FOUND); page ≥ 1, pageSize 1–200 (else 422 VALIDATION_FAILED).
RBAC: READ on billing plus the billing:read token scope.
Async & state: Synchronous read; no state change. An operator's decision changes a
request's status from pending to approved, partially_approved or rejected.
Errors: 401 unauthenticated; 403 caller lacks billing READ or the token scope; 404
unknown scopeId; 500 internal failure.
Idempotency/Concurrency: Safe, cacheable; no idempotency key required.
bearerTokenAuthorizationBearer <token>An API token (pc_live_…) or a service-account key (sak_live_…), created in Identity & Access Management and sent as Authorization: Bearer <token>. Requests are rate limited per credential and per tenant: every response carries X-RateLimit-Limit, X-RateLimit-Remaining and X-RateLimit-Reset, and a refused request gets 429 RATE_LIMITED with Retry-After.
scopeId*stringOpaque ownership+authorization scope resolving to tenant + subscription + project.
page?integer1-based page number.
1 <= value1pageSize?integerItems per page (max 200). Lists that used to return every row default to the maximum, so a client that does not page keeps seeing up to 200 rows; a larger value is refused with 422.
1 <= value <= 200200The tenant's quota-increase requests, newest-first (unpaginated).
