Create an account
Sign up with your email address, verify it with a one-time code, and set up your organization, its first subscription, and its first project.
When you sign up, you create your user account and your organization in one go: the organization gets a subscription and a project, and you become their owner. Sign-up doesn't ask for a card or any payment details.
Before you begin
- You need an email address that doesn't have an account on the platform yet. An email address can belong to only one account.
- If someone invited you to join their organization, don't sign up. Open the link in the invitation email instead. See What the invited member does.
- If you received an invitation to create an account for your organization, see Accept an invitation to create an account.
The sign-up has up to five steps: Email, Verify, Account, Workspace & contact, and Agreements. The last step appears only when there are agreements to accept.
On the console's sign-in page, select Create an account.
Enter your email address, and select Continue. The console sends a 6-digit verification code to the address.
Enter the code from the email in Verification code, and select Continue.
Under Your account, enter your First name and Last name.
Enter a password in Password, and enter it again in Confirm password. The form checks each password rule as you type.
Under Organization, select the Account type: Individual or Corporate. For a corporate account, enter the Company name.
Enter the Organization name: the name that your organization goes by in the console. Below the field, the console shows the identifier that it derives from the name.
Optionally, enter your Tax / VAT ID, and select Continue.
Under Workspace, optionally enter a Subscription name and a Project name for your first subscription and project.
Under Contact, select your Country. Optionally, enter your phone number and your address.
Select Continue. If there are no agreements to accept, the button is Create account, and the sign-up ends here.
On the Agreements step, open each agreement with Read, and tick the box of every agreement marked Required. Agreements marked Optional are up to you.
Select Create account.
The console shows Setting up your organization… while it sets up your project, signs you in, and opens the project's dashboard.
If you reload the page during the sign-up, the wizard keeps what you entered in this browser tab, except your password. It reopens at the Account step at the latest, where you enter your password again.
The verification code
- Valid for 10 minutes. Each code works for 10 minutes and allows 5 attempts. After that, request a new code.
- One code at a time. To get a new code, select Resend code. The button is available again 60 seconds after the last code was sent, and shows a countdown until then. A new code replaces the previous one: only the latest code works.
- Wrong address. To send the code to another address, select Change email.
- 30 minutes to finish. After you verify your address, finish the sign-up within 30 minutes. Otherwise, the console takes you back to the first step to verify your address again.

Result
| What | Details |
|---|---|
| Your organization | Named after the organization name. Its identifier is derived from the name in lowercase, with hyphens in place of spaces and punctuation: Acme Corp becomes acme-corp. If another organization already has that identifier, a number is added, such as acme-corp-2. |
| A subscription | Billed in USD. Its projects run in Istanbul 1. Its ID is your organization's identifier followed by -default. |
| A project | In that subscription. Its ID is your organization's identifier followed by -core. |
| Your roles | Owner on the subscription and on the project. |
The IDs appear in the console's addresses and never change. You can rename the project later, but you can't rename the subscription. See Rename a project.
To be billed in TRY or EUR, create another subscription in that currency. See Create a subscription.
Accept an invitation to create an account
If you received an email that invites you to create an account, use the link in it. You don't verify your email address with a code: the invitation already proves it.
Open the link in the invitation email. The page Accept your invitation opens.
On the Account step, enter the Organization name, and choose a password.
On the Details step, select the Account type, and enter your First name, Last name, and Country. For a corporate account, the Company name and the Tax / VAT ID are required here.
On the Agreements step, tick the required agreements, and select Create account.
Your organization is set up as with a sign-up, with a subscription named Default and a project named core, and the console signs you in. The link works once, and it expires 7 days after it's sent. If it has expired, ask the sender for a new invitation.
